Terms of sale
The contract is made between the person (or organisation) making the booking and OxCERPC charity.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING INCLUDE:
The course and all related study materials and resources are for your personal use only. Sharing with colleagues is a breach of contract.
Responsibility and liability for payment rest with the person making the booking.
Where you are making the booking on behalf of your organisation you must hold the authority to make the booking / request an invoice.
Where your organisation requires a sales invoice with a purchase order number you must provide that PO number at the time of booking.
Where a third party is meeting the cost of the course, eg Hospice UK / Macmillan, you must provide evidence at the time of booking.
You must provide the correct invoice address and the delegate’s contact details.
INVOICE PAYMENT TERMS:
Invoices must be paid 30 days from the date you receive the sales invoice or 7 days before the start of the course, whichever is the sooner.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING (course or room)
Cancellation of your booking 20 working days or less before the course or meeting date will incur the full booking cost or, if a fully funded course, an administration fee of £30.
Changes to your booking 21 working days or more before the course or meeting date will incur an administration charge of £30. Repayment of your booking fee minus £30 will be refunded to you on provision of your BACS details.
DISCLAIMER
You are responsible for translation of knowledge and skills gained at OxCERPC courses to your professional practice. OxCERPC does not accept any liability for harms or adverse events that arise as a consequence of your practice.
SUBSTITUTE DELEGATES
Delegates may be substituted in agreement with OxCERPC. The person making the original booking will remain responsible for payment of the invoice.
CHANGE or CANCELLATION of EVENT by OxCERPC
OxCERPC reserves the right to change the speakers or venue.
If the event is cancelled, OxCERPC will inform you as soon as possible and offer transfer to a different course or reimbursement of the cost of the course / room booking. OxCERPC will not reimburse the delegate’s travel or accommodation costs.
If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond OxCERPC’s control then no reimbursement of the cost of the course / room booking will be made.

OxCERPC is fully insured to cover professional indemnity and public and products liability. Please ask to see our public certificates or email OxCERPC should you wish to enquire further.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property belongs to OxCERPC or to speakers employed by OxCERPC.
